We DO NOT cover aesthetic issues with devices. If this a problem, please do not purchase from us.
Absolutely no returns if the product has been used and abused. For example if you emailing saying "mod device will not turn on" and we get it returned to us and it's been dropped (we can definitely tell when this is the case), expect us to contact you or to send the product back to you.
We will exchange all defective on arrival products at no cost to you within 14 days of delivery. This does not cover cosmetic/aesthetic problems with the item. Please contact us if this is the case so we can advise how to return the product. DO NOT THROW YOUR ITEM AWAY AND EXPECT A REFUND.
What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold by Vapor Range within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer must ship the product back to us in this case.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Vapor Range offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchanges from this page by contacting us.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we'll figure something out. If there is visual damage to a device, please take pictures.
If you would like to exchange a un-used item, you will need to pay the difference plus shipping
How to initiate your return:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us that you will be returning the item.
You will need to include your order number along with the return so that we can pull your file up.
